Membership Criteria

​

Institutions seeking membership must meet the following criteria:

 

 

1. Have a legal personality

2. Be headquartered or have a  representation in Geneva or the neighboring region

3. Have an activity related  to 'International Geneva'

4. Can demonstrate the international character of its membership or  activity

5. Is non-profit

6. Is a semi-official and private institution.​

 

 

Application procedures 

 

Applications for membership should be addressed to the FIIG President and include the following:

 

• A copy the applicant organisation's statutes or rules

• Copies of activity reports or other supporting documents

 

The application will be considered complete upon payment of a non-refundable application fee.

Applications will be reviewed by FIIG legal counsel and the Membership Committee and a recommendation will be made to the Committee for decision.

 

 

Member responsibility

 

• Contribute to and actively participate in FIIG activities

• ​Participate in the General Assembly of members 

• Share knowledge and information
